Returns & exchange

You can return or exchange unused catalogue items within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.
Custom-made pieces cannot be returned unless damaged on arrival.
To start a return or exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Refunds for prepaid orders are sent to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the item.
